    20 sec ME air dyne + 6 ring PU(hurt most at 11 min)
    12 DB snatches @ 55 (done within 26 sec of each round) hurt most at Min 14)

    Lunges weren’t so bad
    Squat snatches sucked the most had to break up a lot of times
