5 minutes practicing C2B chin-ups and regular chin-ups.  Attempt 1-2 every :30-45 seconds.

5 minutes practicing leg less rope climbs and straddle holds on a rope.

7 minutes
every :45 seconds 1-2 low dips on the dip bar.

  1. 5 mins of C2B practice was good, held for 3-5 seconds at the top of every reps

    5 mins of legless rope climb practice and straddle holds on the rope were good…. got higher on the legless rope climbs than last time I tried

    7 mins 3 low bar dips, felt good held hollow position in everyone of them
